| John DeLacy was born in Canada in 1851,
his parents being James and Catherine DeLacy, and his
grand parents Patrick and Elizabeth DeLacy and Timothy
and Margaret Tierney, all of whom are living at this
writing (June 15, 1882.) John came to the U. S. with his
parents in 1859, and soon commenced work at the
shoemaker's trade, which he has since followed. He was
married in 1875 to Miss Alice McG---, and they have four
sons: Chas. J., John B., R. J. and Bert. pg 483 |
