| Intent for Citizenship UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. STATE OF IOWA, ALAMAKEE COUNTY Before the Clerk of the District Court appeared Louis Fritz a native of Germany aged 50 years, who, being duly sworn upon his oath declares, that it is BONA FIDE his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to EVERY PRINCE, POTENTATE, STATE AND SOVERIGNTY WHATSOEVER,and particularly to German Confederation of Laufen he is at present subject.
