GLOVER
PLOT CEMETERY The Glover Plot is located in the SW 1/4
of Section 15-96-3 on Luster Heights grounds. Arriving in
1849 Armstrong Glover was one of the landowners to plat
Johnsonsport and he is credited with giving the township
the name of Fairview. At his wish he was buried near the
edge of a high bluff overlooking the Mississippi River.
His tombstone reads: |
