Men identified in the photo are:
George Waters II (10/1/1896 - 03/15/1970), who is front row 3rd from right, with the white socks. (identified by Diana Diedrich)
Eli Ellis Baily, who is 3rd from left in the front row of standing soldiers (identified by his g-daughter Kathleen Hash).
William Brooks, sitting in the front row very middle with plaid hat on ground in front of him. He is sixth from either end. William was son of John and Carrie Brooks, and my uncle. After Camp Dodge he was sent to Beouregard Louisana. Then placed in an medical corps. at Base Hospital No. 121 Beau Desert, France, where he contacted the disease which finally ended his life in 1927. (identified by his niece, Janet Koozer)
