-notes: The owner of the original document said that he's
had it for so long, that he can't really remember where he got
it, but believes it belonged to John Sires (my 2nd
great-grandfather who's listed on the roster), and was passed
down through the generations. The present owner is a
great-grandson of John Sires. The original document
measures about 16" x 20", and is in a very old
frame. As you can tell from the scan, it's very brittle and
discolored.
