Harpers Ferry school will graduate a class of four on June 9th. Father O'Connor of Oelwein will be the speaker.

The fourth annual commencement of the Harpers Ferry high school was held at the auditorium Friday evening. Music was furnished by the high school band and the invocation and benediction were given by Rev. M.E. Nolan.

The graduates were:
Ferne M. Boardman, valedictorian
Estella E. Traversey, salutatorian
Lloyd J. Le Hew, gave the class prophecy

The eighth grade graduates were:

Dorothy Pearson
John O'Brien
Mark Boardman
Winnifred Guthneck

The fifth annual commencement of the Harpers Ferry high school was held Friday evening, when nine young people were presented with diplomas by Supt. H.B. Hetzler. The valedictorian was Clement Kelly, and salutatorian Joseph Cavanaugh. The class roll consisted of:
