Alberta Schwartz, daughter of Joseph & Walburga Schartz, was born in Elkport, Clayton co. Iowa in 1861. She married Peter Farrell in Elkport in 1885. Peter died in 1891. After her husband's death, Alberta went to live with her parents, who lived near Volga. Joseph and Walburga also raised a child by the name of Charlie Miller. Children of Peter & Alberta Farrell
